Roof Management is a Deichert family business enterprise spanning three generations offering more than seventy-five years of combined commercial, industrial and institutional roofing expertise and experience throughout southeastern Michigan. Repair, preventative maintenance, re-roofing and new construction is all within the expertise of Roof Management.
Under the direction of company founders, Terry and Thomas Deichert, the company enjoys an unparalleled professional reputation serving a variety of commercial roofing applications. Roof Management has achieved the prestigious distinction of Duro-Last’s Elite Master Roofer since 1998.
Safety in and around the work site is an important issue for all parties and achieved largely through extensive and on-going training of our technicians. In fact, the company’s insurance claim history is virtually non-existent and among the lowest in the industry. Additionally, the material manufacturers inspect and grade the project upon completion, assuring warranty certification avoiding future liability.

In fact, all of our technicians and working personnel are pre-screened with criminal background checks and we participate in random drug abuse screening, confidentiality and reliability. Additionally Roof Management workers are always insured and supervised and we will provide you with a certificate of insurance relative to your specific project site.
Cost containment and physical plant maintenance is always a priority and primary customer concern. Roof Management has long recognized that customer budgeting, cash expenditures and financing are primary contributors to overall value. We are able to work with you in developing budgeting payment schedules and even offer lender direct financing options with finance institutions that are familiar with ongoing commercial and industrial construction.
We believe in giving back to the communities we have served for so long and Roof Management is dedicated to ongoing charitable programs, which we call the Community Service Roundtable.
