Thomas Deichert
Vice President of Operations |
| Tom founded Roof Management in 1993 after a number of successful career in commercial roofing appointments that included foreman, superintendent, project manager and sales. Widely known throughout the southeastern Michigan construction industry Tom is what is referred to as a “hands on “ owner / contractor. He is personally involved in virtually every aspect of every roofing application the company provides – large or small. Having worked his way through the ranks Tom is insistent in his promotion of ongoing technician training, emerging technologies & materials as well as consistent quality control. |

| Having been raised in a family owned and operated commercial roofing business Terry has spent virtually all of her professional life in the management of construction and contracting activities. Initially, Terry’s role at Roof Management was dedicated to the accounting side. However, as the company continued it’s growth and scope of expertise Terry assumed the management roles that have come to include marketing, customer / vendor relations and finance administration. |

All of our repair and maintenance work is routed through Tim. Tim’s direction of our ongoing technical training programs assures excellence in our longstanding commitment to continuing education. Tim is a major component of the final inspection process on every job. |

Having joined the company more than eight years ago she presently directs account receivable / payable, human resources and overall daily business administration. As the third part of the third generation of a consummate family business Tommy opens early directing the crews and supplies – maintaining Roof Management’s “quality-eye.” Additionally, Tommy is accountable for field safety and compliance issues. Often faced the most unique project challenges – Tommy does not disappoint…he has learned from the best! |

Tara Deichert comes to Roof Management with nearly 10 years of experience in both administrative and sales roles. She brings her knowledge and skills to the company as administrative assistant, where she assists customers on the phone and provides support with proposals, work orders and invoicing.
Tara spent the past three years as facilities administrator at General Electric in Southfield, where she organized meetings/events, handled work orders, provided secure building access, and answered phones for 260 engineers. Earlier, she served as sales consultant for both D.E. McNab Flooring in Milford, and Prosource Wholesale Floor Coverings in Wixom. Prior, as office manager at Matthew Cadillac Collision in Southfield, Tara handled insurance collection, work orders, and managed hourly timecards. |

Frank Beck

Frank Beck comes to Roof Management with more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential roofing and a significant knowledge of industry roofing products. This natural relationship-builder with customers and contractors alike started in the roofing business in 1981, and he joined Roof Management as a supervisor and sales manager.
Frank owned his own roofing contracting business for six years. This included three years repairing and installing roofs ravaged by Hurricanes Ivan and Wilma, in Pensacola and Miami, Florida, respectively. Previously, Frank worked as a supervisor and salesperson in roofing renovations and remodeling. For 13 years prior, Frank educated customers and represented residential and commercial roofing products on behalf of major manufacturers.
Thus, Frank understands roofs, how best to install and repair them, and the quality products that keep them in their finest shape. His experience working with hundreds of customers and contractors through the years has helped him develop a clear understanding of customer needs and how to satisfy them. He will use all of his skills at Roof Management to supervise roofing projects and to work directly with customers. |
William Daniels
Technical Consultant, Advisory Board Director |

| The initial founder of Roof Management Mr. Daniels entered the commercial roofing business in the 1940’s after completing a four-year Marine Corps tour during WW II. Having applied more than 10 million square feet of roofing during his career his technical counsel, field experience and business acumen continue to provide invaluable insight. His most notable projects include WWJ, Southfield Towne Center, Jackson / Ionia State Prisons, Detroit Board of Education as well as Selfridges & Worthsmith AFB. His innumerable industry contributions include the independent construction of a “hot tar tanker” in 1974 as well as his valued service on the Board of Directors with RIPF (Roofing Industry Promotion Fund). His most notable contribution during those years was the creation and implementation of the RIPF's widely acclaimed safety program. |
